“What stays” comes first. It stops short of a part-by-part verdict with a price. That is the first step of Finish and Launch, and you can stop after it.

What to send

A link to the running app. A test login. Read access to the code if you have it (a GitHub invite, or the project link from Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Bubble). Access is removed after delivery. An NDA on request.
