One path. Five steps. Your offer enters where you are.

1
Plan.
IdeaPrototype
  • Idea check.
  • Which tool and how to start.
  • A fixed price and a date.
  • For an existing build: a keep, fix or rebuild verdict.
2
Build.
  • Design you approve.
  • Screens, database, logic.
  • Payments and login.
3
Launch.
  • Onto accounts you own.
  • Domain, hosting, email, app stores.
  • A test round with real people.
4
First users.
Live
  • Ready to be found on Google.
  • A plan for the first users.
  • Pricing set up in the product.
5
After launch.
  • A handover in plain English.
  • Running costs with caps.
  • The same team, monthly.
  • The next version.

Idea stage enters at step 1. Prototype stage enters at step 1 with the verdict in place of the idea check. Live stage enters at step 4.

How pricing works.

1
A free first step.On your own brief, prototype or live app. Limited each week.
2
A fixed price.$10,000 for one main kind of user on the web. $20,000 for several kinds of user with payments, or for mobile. $3,000 a month after launch.
3
You can stop after the plan. The first milestone is the plan, the idea check or the verdict. Pay for that step only, keep everything, and decide.
